Real Info Inc. was founded in 1995 by James A Kirchmeyer, a former state-certified appraiser with 20 years of experience in the appraisal industry. At the time Real Info Inc. was founded, Mr. Kirchmeyer owned, and still owns today, a real estate appraisal and consulting company, Kirchmeyer & Associates Inc. Kirchmeyer & Associates Inc. needed easy access to reliable property information.
For over 2 1/2 years, Mr. Kirchmeyer and his team compiled property data from the states, counties, local municipalities, and licensed appraisers to create one of the largest databases of its kind.
Users have the ability to order data subscriptions for access to a particular county, multiple counties or entire states using realAccess™ or realCredits™. These account offerings enable users to access realRecords™ (assessment & sales records), realComps™ (comparable sales reports), as well as customized search queries & downloading options.
Real Info Inc. has also developed three proprietary Automated Valuation Models (AVMs): i-Val™, realAssessment™, and Q-Val™, which take advantage of the large database through rules-based, expert system models to arrive at a predicted market value for a particular residential property. Our licensing partnerships with many other nationally recognized AVM developers enable us to provide an extensive menu of valuation products to our clients. We also offer traditional appraisal products through our sister company, Kirchmeyer & Associates.
