Real Info Signs AVM Reseller Agreement with CBC
CBC Companies to Act as a Reseller of Real Info AVM Products
BUFFALO, N.Y. — March 23, 2005 — Real Info, Inc., a national real estate valuation company, and CBC Companies, an information services company, have signed a reseller agreement which allows CBC Companies to act as a reseller of Real Info’s AVM products. AVMs provide an electronically generated valuation of residential properties. CBC will act as a reseller of Real Info’s i-Val™ and realAssessment™ reports.
This partnership allows CBC to broaden its product offerings and provide more options for accurate, high-quality valuations. For Real Info, the alliance is an opportunity to expand its customer base and to generate awareness of its extensive AVM product lines. Real Info’s i-Valä report uses sale price history and property characteristics to determine a valuation. The realAssessmentä tool utilizes regression and predictive technology to calculate the value of a property.
