Real Info, Inc. Joins Forces With COMPS Inc.
BUFFALO, N.Y. - Nov. 24, 2003 - Real Info, Inc., an automated real estate valuation and data company,
has partnered with COMPS Inc., a premier provider of real estate and comparable sales data in the downstate New York area.
The exclusive partnership allows Real Info to integrate COMPS Inc. data for its realAccess™ Internet subscription product.
COMPS Inc. collects assessment and tax records for all boroughs of New York City and Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, and Orange counties.
The business alliance was created to provide comprehensive real estate data across New York State and nationwide.

Available nationwide, realAccess™ provides a comprehensive database for public record real estate information.
The product features searchable data including address, owner name, property type, size, age, room count, lot size, last sale price, last sale date,
sales history, and tax information. The service is fully Internet accessed and delivered. Users log in with a user ID and password to gain access to the records.
Subscription prices vary by state and region, and range from $29.95 to $199.95 per month.
Real Info also provides automated property valuations to home equity lenders, credit unions, and real estate professionals.
The automated valuation model (AVM) services allow clients to streamline the appraisal process with cost-effective, accurate, and time-saving solutions.
Real Info uses its proprietary Internet delivery technology to provide searchable real estate data on over 85 million parcels across the United States,
through its realAccess™ subscription service. Real Info plans on unveiling the new downstate NY area to it's subscribers and the AVM products in early 2004.
