Real Info Announces Expansion of realAccess™ Subscription Service
Downstate New York Package Includes
Nassau and Suffolk Counties and Five Boroughs
BUFFALO, N.Y. -- March 2, 2004 -- Real Info, Inc., an automated real estate valuation and data company, announces that their realAccess™
product has been expanded and enhanced to include comprehensive real estate data for Nassau and Suffolk counties and the five boroughs of New York City.
The realAccess™ subscription service provides an all-inclusive database for public record real estate information, which features searchable records that
include address, owner name, property type, size, age, room count, lot size, last sale price, last sale date, sales history, and tax information.
The product is fully Internet accessed and delivered. Users log in with a user ID and password to gain access to the subscribed territory.
A downstate package is now available that includes data for Nassau and Suffolk counties and the Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), New York (Manhattan), Queens, and
Richmond (Staten Island). Subscriptions to the downstate package cost $240 per month. Individual subscriptions to either county or any one of the boroughs are also available.

users to view full details of each property.
