realAccess™ Real Estate Database Now Available Nationwide
BUFFALO, N.Y. — March 17, 2003 — Real Info, Inc., a
Western New York real estate automated valuation and data company, is
introducing its realAccess database service. Available nationwide, realAccess
provides a comprehensive database for public record real estate information. The
product features searchable data including address, owner name, property type,
size, age, room count, lot size, last sale price, last sale date, sales history,
and tax information. The service is fully Internet accessed and delivered. Users
log in with a user ID and password to gain access to the records. Subscription
prices vary by state and region, and range from $29.95 to $199.95 per month.
realAccess members also receive unlimited realRecord™ and
realComps™ reports. A realRecord report offers detailed information on
individual parcels, including residential, commercial, and industrial
properties, as well as vacant land. A realComps report provides a detailed list
of comparable properties, allowing users to view full details of each property.
Donald Fisher, president of Pomeroy Appraisal in Syracuse,
