Real Info, Inc. Launches realAssessment™ and i-Val™ Report
Real Info Presents a Complete Suite of AVM Tools
Buffalo, N.Y. - July 28, 2003 - Real Info, Inc., a Western New York real estate valuation company
specializing in automated valuation model (AVM) technology, is introducing two new products: the i-Val™ Report,
an instant, online AVM service; and realAssessment™, an index-based or price-driven AVM. An AVM is an
electronically generated valuation that primarily uses real estate information to calculate a value for a specific
property.
The i-Val™ report, which is electronically ordered and delivered, uses sale price history and property characteristics
to determine a valuation. The realAssessment™ tool utilizes regression and predictive technology to determine the
value of a property. Both products complete Real Info's comprehensive suite of AVM products.

The i-Val™ Report complements Real Info's other blended model product, Q-Val™. The Q-Val™ Report is
delivered within one hour of the order being placed over the Internet. The report presents up to six different
valuation methods, provides one final estimated value, and offers up to five comparable sales for validation. Blended
models incorporate both hedonic (property characteristics) and index (repeat sales) models to produce a valuation.
realAssessment™ partners with Real Info's realTrend™ product. realTrend™ looks at home sale prices in the
neighborhood and sale price history of the property to determine a value.
Other services that are a part of Real Info's offerings are the realAccess™ database which features searchable
information that includes address, owner name, property type, size, age, room count, lot size, last sale price, last sale
date, sales history, and tax information. The product is fully Internet accessed and delivered. Users log in with a user
ID and password to gain access to the subscribed territory.
Subscribers to the realAccess™ database also receive unlimited realRecord™ and realComps™ reports. A
realRecord™ report offers detailed information on individual parcels, including residential, commercial, and
industrial properties, as well as vacant land. A realComps™ report provides a detailed list of comparable properties,
allowing users to view full details of each property.
