Additionally, we offer customizable AVM cascading devised to increase hit rate and supply an accurate valuation in less time by utilizing any or all of the models available. Traditional appraisal products may also be incorporated into cascades through our national appraisal company, Kirchmeyer & Associates, guaranteeing our clients a total valuation solution. There is no cost for proprietary AVMs that are upgraded to an appraisal through Kirchmeyer & Associates.

AVM requests can be processed via web interface, batch processing or XML integration.
