This account option enables users to purchase a specified number of credits which are then used to request realRecords™ (property assessment records), and realComps™ (comparable sales reports). The credits are stored in the users account and are deducted as the user pulls reports. Real Info, Inc continues to offer the traditional realAccess™ unlimited data subscription packages in NY, MD, CT, MA and RI, however this alternative subscription allows the user to request records individually without monthly fee obligations, time restrictions, or geographic limitations.
