What is included in a realAccess™ subscription?
A realAccess™ subscription allows the member to research unlimited residential and commercial realRecords™, realComps™ Reports, and utilize the Advanced Search feature, within their subscribed coverage area.
Can I change my realAccess™ subscription coverage to include more areas?
Yes. At any time throughout the year if a member requires access to data outside of their purchased areas, they may subscribe to those areas right online.
How often is the data updated?
While some counties are updated daily, most sales are updated monthly, with approximately up to a 2 to 3 month lag time, depending on the county. Most assessment information is updated annually.
How can I search for sales or specific property types?
The Advanced Search allows members to search for sales and properties based upon their own desired search criteria by using any number of fields contained on our search form. Some of these fields include: sale price range, sale date range, sq. ft., year built, property type, etc.
Can I try out your service to see if it's what I'm looking for?
Yes. Real Info offers users two weeks of free access to try out our service and learn the benefits of being a realAccess™ subscriber. Fill out the Free Trial Membership request to set up your temporary account.
What web browser do you recommend for viewing your site?
We recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator or Firefox for best results. Whichever you prefer to use, it must be version 5.0 or greater in order to be compatible with our site.
What if I forget my password?
You may retrieve your password by submitting a request in the "Forgot Password" option on our home page. You may also contact a customer service representative for assistance.
When attempting to log in, why do I keep getting an "Invalid/Incorrect Log in" notice?
A user receives this message for one of two reasons. The first is that the ID and/or password are being entered incorrectly. Double check your login, and make sure you are entering it correctly with the correct letter case.
If it is being entered properly but you still receive this notice, adjust the settings in your web browser to accept/enable cookies. If this option is disabled, you won't be able to log in to our web site.
When attempting to log in, why do I keep getting an "Account is currently in use" notice?
Sharing your username and password is prohibited. Only one person per user license is allowed for access to real-info.com.
Allowing other users access under your account is in strict violation of your subscription agreement and may result in loss of member status.
Real Info, Inc. is able to track all login times and locations. Simultaneous use of a username and password will lock out both users. Suspicious login habits will be questioned. It is your responsibility to protect your password.
Real Info, Inc. will take all actions, which may include cancellation of service without refund.
