Zaio Ceases Operations, Real-Info and Kirchmeyer & Associates, Inc Still Going Strong and Ready to Work

As you may have heard, Zaio has ceased operations at close of business on 10/29/2008. Despite extraordinary efforts and a GREAT vision for the future of valuation, Zaio had no other option. Many factors, during one of the worst financial climates in US history, have proved insurmountable.
Existing clients will be unaffected.
That being said, you will experience NO INTERRUPTION IN BUSINESS going forward. Your complete valuation needs will be managed by both Kirchmeyer & Associates, Inc and Real-Info, Inc. All open appraisals will be completed as ordered and new appraisals going forward will be assigned, tracked, reviewed and delivered with the same great products, services, and support that you have come to expect over the years.
For appraisal products, you will be working with Kirchmeyer & Associates and for real estate data and AVMs, you will be working with Real Info. Both integrated companies will remain at 40 Gardenville Pkwy, Suite 100, Buffalo, NY 14224.
